SIGN UP PROCESS

 

  • All WOW Trips are intended to accommodate 20 students.

 

  • Sign-ups for WOW Trips will begin on October 2, by grade level:
    • Oct 2: Grade 12 only
    • Oct. 3:Grades 11 - 12
    • Oct. 4: Grades 10 – 12
    • Oct. 5: Grades 9 – 12

 

  • Sign-ups WOW Trip Sign-Ups will occur in the Auditorium from 2:45 – 3:30 during those four days.  Starting Oct. 8, students may sign up with Mrs. Lily in the B-Building Office.

 

  • Required to reserve a spot on a WOW Trip:
    • 2000 SR deposit
    • Signed parent permission form

 

  • Refund policy – If a trip is cancelled due to lack of interest, students can request a refund or put the deposit towards a spot on another trip.  Once rosters are finalized, refunds may not be possible due to financial obligations to travel agencies.

 

 

WOW TRIP PAYMENT SCHEDULE


  • Deposit – 2000 SR
  • Nov. 16 – 50% of balance
  • Dec. 14 – remaining balance

 

  • Schedule enforced strictly due to financial obligations to travel agencies.
