WOW Week Refund Policy

 

Deposits will only be refunded if...

  1. Student has not signed up for specific trip and trip desired is full.
  2. Trip is cancelled due to lack of interest.
  3. Trip is full and a suitable replacement is found within time to get tickets and visas.

 

The main concern is that students dropping from the trip after they have committed will leave the rest of the participants with a higher fee.  If any or all of the deposit is able to be returned to a dropping student without affecting the ability for the trip to run or affecting the price of the trip then that refund will be made.  Deposits are not kept as a punishment but merely to ensure that the trip the student committed to is still able to run, at the same price, without that student.
