Application and Forms

Thank you for considering Dhahran High School for your high school education.

The following steps are necessary to complete an application to Dhahran High School. This application helps us to get to know you better, since students ultimately create the atmosphere of our school.

The application to Dhahran High School includes:

  • General Application Form;
  • Two confidential recommendation forms to be completed by your current English and Math teachers;
  • Parent Questionnaire and Student Questionnaire;
  • Transcript Release Form.

 

To complete the application, please follow the steps outlined below:

  • Step 1: Complete the General Application Form.
  • Step 2: Complete the Parent and Student Questionnaires and write the essay on one of the two topics.
  • Step 3: Provide the Confidential Teacher Recommendation Forms to your current English (Language Arts) and Math teachers and have them sent directly to Dhahran High School.
  • Step 4: Complete and give the Transcript Release Form to your current school. Ask your school to include the results of recently taken standardized achievement tests. Achievement tests may include the Stanford Achievement Test (SAT), California Test of Basic Skills (CTBS), Iowa Test of Basic Skills (ITBS), or other state mandated achievement tests. If your current school does not administer regular standardized testing, you should arrange to take the SSAT. An interview may be required when deemed necessary.
  • Step 5: Make sure that all the above forms and information are mailed to the Admissions Office at Dhahran High School. Faxed copies will be accepted for review, but official hard copies should also be mailed to the school.
